Working with the employers at Mears Law Professional Corporation on the Optimizing Talent Acquisition Strategies project was an incredibly valuable experience. The team was highly supportive, responsive, and open to collaboration, which made it easy for us to understand their current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement. I appreciated the opportunity to apply my experience and knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute actionable strategies to enhance their talent acquisition practices. This experience strengthened my consulting, communication, and analytical skills and gave me greater confidence in working with clients to address HR challenges. I’m grateful for the mentorship and insights shared by the employer, which helped make this project both educational and rewarding.
