The main goal of our project for Burrard Laptops and Vancouver Laptops is to enhance the user experience (UX) and optimize the design of their websites or apps. The students participating in the project will apply the UX design process to create a prototype that improves the overall customer journey, usability, and visual appeal of the platforms. The specific objectives of the project may include: Conducting a discovery meeting to understand the needs and requirements of Burrard Laptops and Vancouver Laptops. Interviewing users to gather insights and identify design specifications relevant to the target audience. Performing user testing to uncover and address existing design challenges, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience. Applying design thinking theory and practices to create innovative solutions and develop a prototype that aligns with the companies' goals. Redesigning the existing websites, creating new layouts, or optimizing specific sections to improve the user experience. Presenting research findings, design choices, and justifications for the proposed UX/UI improvements. Providing a comprehensive report summarizing the project's research, findings, and the final proposed design solution. The ultimate aim is to create a user-friendly and visually appealing digital platform that enhances customer satisfaction, fosters trust and loyalty, and positions Burrard Laptops and Vancouver Laptops as leading suppliers for B2B businesses and online laptop marketplaces, respectively.

Web Application Transformation

The main goal of this project is to transform our existing WordPress website into a web application using modern technologies and frameworks. The aim is to enhance the user experience, improve performance, and provide a more seamless and interactive platform for our customers. Additionally, we want to develop our own multi-vendor marketplace to facilitate smooth transactions and expand our offerings. This project will contribute to Vancouver Laptop's nationwide expansion and position us as a leading technology provider in the market.

The main goal of the project is to develop a comprehensive cybersecurity solution for Vancouver Laptop's nationwide expansion. Working in collaboration with the learners, the project aims to design and implement advanced security measures to protect customer data, prevent cyber threats, and ensure the integrity of our IT services. By creating the cybersecurity solution, we aim to provide customers with enhanced protection and peace of mind, establishing Vancouver Laptop as a leading provider of secure IT services across the nation.
